Project planning & Execution management

PROJECT PLANNING & TRACKING:  This is done on a proprietary software that allows us to create and track activities across the 40-50 budget line items. For instance, while Air-conditioning is one line item, for a detailed plan one needs to track around 10-12 activities across Design, Purchasing & Execution phases. These include drawings, offer, Pro forma Invoice, payments, Copper piping, Ducting, Indoor Unit installation, Outdoor unit installation and client approvals.  For a full-scale project, there are estimated 400-600 line items we track and manage.   We would share the essence of it with you via weekly / bi-weekly reports.

EXECUTION AT SITE & VENDOR COORDINATION:  Smooth execution at site requires vigilance.  At least one trained site supervisor is allocated to a project, if not more. This Supervisor manages materials delivered to site, labour coordination, measurements and more.  In addition, a project manager does scheduled and as needed site visits to assist the Supervisor with quality and technical issues.  A good supervisor is your earns and eyes at site and critical for timely work flow and interventions.
